Jordan Ali-Taylor is the chef behind Chef Elegance, a culinary brand based in Maryland that cooks for private events across Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Chef Elegance started with catering, private dining and meal preparation. Over time the work became about more than what lands on the plate: how a table is set, how a buffet reads from across the room, how a dish looks in a photograph, and how people feel while they eat together.
That is still the thread through everything Chef Elegance does. Food should taste generous and look intentional, and the people at the table should feel looked after.
Beyond the plate
Chef Elegance is growing from a catering company into a culinary platform built around Jordan’s cooking.
Alongside a selective calendar of private events, that now includes culinary content, recipe development, brand collaborations, and two seasonings in development: Luxe Elegance All-Purpose and Pure Elegance Salt-Free.
